Most insurance carriers agree that if the damage to your windshield is greater than the size of a half-dollar, or if the damage is located in the driver’s line of sight then you should replace the windshield.

In many cases, windshield repairs can be completed in 30 minutes or less.  Windshield replacements will often take 60 minutes or less, however, we recommend that you do not drive the vehicle for at least 2-hours after service is completed to allow the urethane to cure.

We install Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) glass or OEM-Equivalent (OEE) auto glass parts.  This means that it is essentially the same piece of glass that was installed at the time your vehicle was made, with the only difference being the windshield manufacturer.

In many cases, we can get you scheduled for service to be completed the very next day.  In case of vandalism, or other emergency, we will do our best to provide same day service.

Most insurance companies use a third-party billing network owned or affiliated with national auto glass chains. They assign your insurance claim work and they will often recommend their shops as the only choice.  When you call a 1-800 number you are talking to a network and not your insurance company. Many Subaru models with heated seats and steering wheel will have a heated windshield.  Often a close look at the outside of the windshield in the black area near the wipers will show a grid or pattern indicative of a heating element. A common way to know if you have this feature on your vehicle is if your car notifies you when it’s working via a dashboard indicator. It is a notable camera lens that you will see near your rear-view mirror from the outside of the car. New Subaru models have two cameras, one on either side and they have more than one option for this so if you are unsure just include your VIN # in the order form or in the contact us form and we will check on this for you.

You will normally have an auto position on the wiper speed control switch, when the auto setting is selected your wipers will adjust the wiper speed by sensing how hard it is raining. If you are not sure just include your VIN# in the order form and we will check on this for you.
